How long can I wear it?
Up to 12 hours depending on your flow. On the first days of your period, change more often, for example morning and evening.
How do I choose my size?
Simply take your usual underwear size: our underwear fits true to size, from XS to 3XL. Still unsure? Write to us before you order.
How do I wash it?
Rinse in cold water, wash in cold water, air dry. No fabric softener, no dryer.
Can my city refund me?
Several Quebec municipalities, including Quebec City and some Montreal boroughs, refund part of the cost of reusable menstrual products. Keep your receipt and check with your city.
Can I return a pair?
For hygiene reasons, period underwear can't be returned or exchanged, which is why every pair you receive is brand new. If your item is defective or arrives damaged, write to us and we'll find a solution, like a replacement.
